Message from our Managing Partner
These are challenging times for our community as we try and manage the impact of living with and managing a global pandemic. We are not immune to the global efforts of how governments are addressing the pandemic and there is no ready template on how to deal with these unprecedented times. BDO, like all of the businesses in Samoa are doing their best under the circumstances to operate as best as we can from the disruptions caused by COVID-19.
The health and safety of our people, our clients and stakeholders comes first. We are monitoring the situation daily and actioning a number of policy directives to help protect against the spread of COVID-19, while at the same time maintaining our service delivery to our clients.
For now, BDO remains open but under strict precautionary measures to ensure that our staff and the public are protected. This includes fully utilizing our existing digital work practices including virtual communications with our clients and stakeholders reducing the need for personal contact.
Business continuity plans are in place in the event that the Government advises of a complete shut-down. With a flexible work culture already in place, and the digital operational infrastructure to enable this, our focus is continuity of service and helping our clients to navigate through this challenging situation.
