Hanalei has over 15 years of advisory and assurance experience in Samoa and across the Pacific Region.  One of Hanalei’s objectives is to identify risks and opportunities, and develop viable strategies that will positively impact on clients’ businesses in terms of their operational and financial results. Her insight into current business practices and latest technology streamlines the delivery of efficient business advisory services.

Her client base cuts across a range of industries and includes insurance, not-for-profits, retail, charities, donor funded organisations, property and state owned enterprise industries.  Her public practice licence allows her to act for and on behalf of the Controller and Auditor General in the audits of state owned enterprises and overseas donor funded projects.

Hanalei has extensive experience in auditing government organisations and subsidiaries of global companies.  In addition to assurance based work, Hanalei specialises in cloud accounting solutions and is proficient in enabling businesses to extract the maximum benefit from cloud based accounting technologies.

She is a passionate supporter of charitable organisations such as the Lions Club and formerly with the Iko Memorial Trust.
