Executive summary
Ernest has over 25 years of experience in providing advisory, assurance and accounting advice in Samoa and across the Pacific Region.
His client base extends across finance, insurance, not-for-profits, retail, charities, donor funded organisations, property and state owned enterprise industries giving him a broad range of knowledge and experience to draw on. He has a hands-on approach ensuring that wherever possible issues are identified and dealt with in a proactive manner.
Keeping current with emerging technologies and their positive impacts on businesses is a priority for Ernest. The goal is to ensure that clients digitally transform and adapt to the right technology in order to ensure that there is Xero disruption to their businesses.
Ernest has served in a number of governance roles for many not-for-profits and corporate entities. Currently he is Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee for one of the major Government state owned enterprises.
